Shipping & Delivery
We offer free U.S. ground shipping on orders over $50. You must have $50 of pre-tax, post-discount merchandise in your cart to qualify for free standard shipping. Know that using discount and coupon codes may exclude your order from free shipping unless specified. We ship worldwide.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We love the products we offer, but, if something just isn’t for you, we have a return policy that is easy for our customers:
Online Purchases: You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item for a refund to your original method of payment. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. We cannot refund any item that has been substantially used. To initiate your return, please send an email to email@example.com. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. Online purchases cannot be returned to in-store.
In-Store Purchases: If you purchased in-store, please have your receipt of purchase in hand. For items that are sealed and unused, a full refund will be given to the original method of payment. For items that are gently used, store credit will be given. All marked down merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.
How To Return an Item?
To initiate your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number and which items you would like to return.
Please know that we’re unable to replace items that are damaged or missing in transit.
Our preferred shipping partner for returned items is UPS.
